WARRANTY TERMS

All products are covered under the Breatify brand warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, the product or products must be checked during delivery. In case of any damage, a report must be issued, and the product or products must not be accepted. Any alterations to the product, deformation, or alteration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

If the product purchased on breatifyoralcare.com turns out to be defective, it is necessary to contact us via info.cs@ugurme.com within 7 days from the delivery date. After the evaluation process, your products will be returned to our return address via DHL with a return code provided to you free of charge, and the defective product will be replaced with a new one. (If the return is made through shipping companies other than DHL, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.) If the product defect is caused by customer usage or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The conditions for product returns and exchanges are based on the practices required by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
